This therapeutic program, offering the highest levels of individualized care, is designed to assist youth to resolve social, emotional, and behavioral problems so they can transition to less restrictive residential settings. It provides 24-hour residential services to youth ages 11-18, with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ​​

  • All staff receive training on trauma informed care to ensure a safe space for our vulnerable population and to promote a culture of safety, empowerment, and healing.
  • Regular access to the community with support for independent living skills, community safety, personal budgeting, and executive function.
  • Teaching appropriate replacement behaviors that allow the individual to communicate their wants and needs effectively to build greater a capacity for independence
  • High staff-to-client ratios with systematically scaffolded support to prepare for less restrictive environments and less invasive interventions.
  • Close partnership and communication with school staff to provide continuity of care across settings and consistency in goals and expectations.
  • Consistent collaboration, coordination of care, and communication with guardians and county team members to ensure prioritization of goals and progress monitoring.
