I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Neurodiversity Professional with experience implementing and supervising applied behavior analysis therapy across clinical and community-based settings.
My passion for the field was ignited through an experience of ABA outside of the standard center-based box while attending graduate school at Baylor University. I was part of the development of a Community Relations department that provides vocational training and support for teens and young adults with disabilities as well as facilitates access to employment through community partnerships.
This experience clarified that I want to teach what makes sense where it makes sense and help create space in society for marginalized groups where space is currently limited.
My overarching goal as a BCBA is to use principles of behavior analysis to provide supports that are strengths-based, maximize personal well being, and create a more inclusive world for people with disabilities.
