We are a family owned service agency that provides individualized supports and services for persons living with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities. Our program values both self-determination and education in helping others to reach their full potential. Peak Support Services is a Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) for the state of Colorado. We provide Residential services through Host Home and Family Caregiver models of care. With an average experience over 25 years, our leadership team has created a program that respects choice, while promoting advocacy and compassion for the people in which we serve. Peak Support Services strives to be a leader in the intellectual and developmental disabilities field, as well as a positive partner for all stakeholders in our local community.
