Our goal is simple: make Medicaid home care easier to understand and easier to navigate, while providing every member and family with dependable, respectful, and personal support. A-1 Home Care Services is a family-owned Colorado agency built on reliability, personal service, and a genuine commitment to the families we serve. What began as a small local business has grown into an established home care agency with a team of more than 100 employees serving members and families across Colorado. Even as we have grown, we continue to believe that home care should feel personal. Members and families deserve clear answers, responsive communication, and an agency that takes the time to understand their individual needs and choices We provide member-centered Personal Care, Homemaker, In-Home Support Services (IHSS), Health Maintenance Activities when authorized, and other approved HCBS services. Our team works closely with members, families, caregivers, and case managers to help services start smoothly and remain well coordinated. We understand that many members already have a family member or trusted caregiver they would like to remain involved in their care. When permitted by the member’s program, we can assist with caregiver onboarding, required training, EVV, documentation, and ongoing support.
