When someone you love needs help at home, you need more than a caregiver—you need peace of mind. Antonina Health provides compassionate, RN-led home care that helps older adults and individuals with disabilities live safely and independently at home.
When someone you love needs help at home, you're looking for more than a caregiver—you're looking for peace of mind. For more than a decade, Antonina Health has helped Colorado families navigate the challenges of aging, disability, recovery, and long-term care at home. Serving 27 counties across Colorado, our RN-led team provides personal care, homemaker, respite, and CFC services that help clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in the place they love most—their home. We believe home is more than a place. It's where memories are made, routines bring comfort, and people feel most like themselves. Our mission is to help every client live safely, confidently, and with dignity at home for as long as possible. For families, that means knowing their loved one is receiving dependable, respectful care when they cannot be there. It means less worry, fewer sleepless nights, and the confidence that someone is looking after the person who matters most. Our caregivers become more than helping hands—they become trusted companions who preserve independence, encourage confidence, and treat every client with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect. We don't believe in simply sending a caregiver—we believe in finding the right caregiver. We thoughtfully match each client with a caregiver based on care needs, personality, preferences, and, whenever possible, shared language and cultural understanding. Every care plan is tailored to each individual's goals and changing needs—not simply a checklist of tasks. For physicians, hospitals, case managers, and discharge planners, Antonina Health is a referral partner you can depend on. We understand that behind every referral is a person who needs help now. That's why we prioritize prompt admissions, responsive communication, and seamless coordination from the first call. Our experience supporting individuals with complex medical conditions, mobility limitations, cognitive impairment, and other specialized care needs gives referral partners confidence their clients are in capable, caring hands. Every family has a different story. Whether someone needs support after a hospitalization, assistance with daily activities, respite for a family caregiver, or long-term care at home, our commitment remains the same: to meet people where they are and provide care that makes life safer, easier, and more fulfilling. We believe the most meaningful care comes from the heart. While we assist with everyday tasks, our greatest purpose is helping people feel safe, valued, respected, and never alone. When families choose Antonina Health, they're choosing more than home care. They're choosing a partner who listens, responds, and stands beside them through every stage of the journey. We treat every client with the same compassion, dignity, patience, and respect we would want for our own family. Because exceptional home care isn't measured by the tasks we complete—it's measured by the lives we help people continue living.
