LaJoie Health Services Inc. (DBA Journey to Serenity Counseling) provides Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) through the CHRP Waiver, including Wraparound Planning and Prevention and Monitoring. Our mission is to help children, youth, and families build on their strengths, access meaningful supports, and achieve success in their homes, schools, and communities through collaborative, family-driven care. Our team brings extensive experience supporting youth with complex behavioral health, developmental, educational, and system-of-care needs. Services are informed by licensed mental health and addiction counseling expertise, High-Fidelity Wraparound principles, trauma-informed care, and person-centered planning. We understand that every child and family is unique, and we work alongside families, caregivers, schools, providers, and community partners to develop individualized supports that promote stability, resilience, safety, and long-term success. At Journey to Serenity Counseling, we believe the most effective plans are built through partnership. We focus on identifying strengths, coordinating services, increasing natural supports, and helping families navigate challenges while ensuring that the voice of the child and family remains at the center of every decision.
