Authenticity matters
Case managers and the families they serve rely on provider profiles to make real care decisions. Photos, logos, videos, and attachments must honestly represent your actual organization, services, facilities, and staff. Misleading media erodes the trust that makes Wayfinder work for everyone.
What's not allowed
The following are prohibited across all media types — including photos, logos, video content (including linked YouTube videos), and attachments:
- Fully AI-generated images, illustrations, or video content
- AI tools used to fabricate or materially alter facilities, staff, people, or settings
- Any edit — AI-assisted or otherwise — that misrepresents your services, locations, outcomes, or capacity
- Stock photography or third-party imagery presented as your own organization
What's allowed
Ordinary, non-deceptive editing is fine. You may crop, rotate, resize, straighten, or adjust color, brightness, or exposure — as long as those changes do not alter the substance of what the image depicts.
Represent your own organization
All media must depict your real services, sites, and team. Images of facilities that are not yours, staff who do not work for you, or outcomes that do not reflect your actual performance are not permitted, regardless of how they were created or sourced.
Consent & privacy
Do not upload identifiable images of the individuals you serve without their written consent (or the consent of their legal guardian). Never use AI tools to generate or alter depictions of clients. Protecting the privacy and dignity of the people in your care is both a legal obligation and a core platform requirement.
Our right to remove
Wayfinder reserves the right to remove, with or without prior notice, any media it deems AI-generated, deceptively altered, or otherwise in violation of this policy. Repeated or intentional violations may affect your account standing, including suspension or removal from the platform.
